Typical Student Profile & Challenges
Our students come from humble beginnings — families in rural areas facing immense financial struggle. Yet, their spirit remains unbroken. Here's a glimpse into who they are and the odds they courageously stand against.

- ✔ All our students hail from small towns or villages, and from families faced with grave financial challenges.
- ✔ They are meritorious in their academics, with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 and capable enough to clear our entrance test and interview.
- ✔ On average, their families have 5 members, usually with only the father as the earning member.
- ✔ Family incomes range from ₹50,000 to ₹2,40,000 per annum, often burdened with multiple loans.

- ✔ Students are often first-generation college-goers in their families - lacking guidance and mentoring at home.
- ✔ Almost all students come from Tier-3 colleges, which are ill-equipped to prepare them for job markets. Good companies seldom hire from these colleges, which offer negligible placement support.
- ✔ With education loans to repay, students struggle to find suitable jobs after graduation. Many end up in jobs paying less than ₹10,000/month, thus failing to pull their family out of its financial struggles.
All in all, they face severe and extremely unfair odds against even reasonable chance of success, and quite simply need help from their more fortunate counterparts in society.
