Our Upskilling Program – with Job-Readiness as our Single Minded Focus
Not a quick fix. It is a 12-month long intensive program, structured to simulate real IT industry environments, blending depth, pace, and rigor.
Not every student from a financially challenged background gets to do our program. The student also needs to pass our stringent merit criterion:

Intensive training to become proficient Python Full Stack developers, through a combination of
- Online Learning: To build foundational knowledge. Comprises both self learning and Live sessions led by industry mentors.
- On-site F2F Workshops: Interactive intense practice sessions through mentor guided workshops.
- HackerRank / Leetcode Problem Solving: Mastering DSA and coding with curated HackerRank / Leetcode assignment.
- Coding Challenges: More coding work on the Exskilence coding platform, to reinforce learning and evaluate progress.
- Internship: 500+ hours of Internship involving real projects, ensuring job readiness.
